I feel like my whole week has been thrown off ... I have a class today, it will last until 5, needless to say, it really cuts into my normal Monday routine.
Monday: Salmon - Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Tuesday: Chicken in Basil Cream Sauce - Broccoli
Wednesday: Left Overs
Thursday: Beef Tenderloin - Roasted Butternut Squash
Friday: Ina's Easy Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Croutons
I have to admit, I am mostly excited about the tomato soup! Here's to a productive week!
